PITPNB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITPNB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,021 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITPNB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT2A, MICAL3_S1221, and EIF4ENIF1. Each is linked with PITPNB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNB-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITPNB versus TRMT2A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITPNB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITPNB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
