Across TCGA cell cohorts, PITPNB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,767 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITPNB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Positive regulation of chromosome segregation, and Negative regulation of cell cycle process. Each is linked with PITPNB in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNB-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNB results are reported.
