Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITPNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 612 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITPNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1122P, RNU6-968P, and RBPMS2P1. Each is linked with PITPNA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNA-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1122P grouped by PITPNA-low versus PITPNA-high in LUSC.
