PITHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,453 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, RCC2, and RCC1. Each is linked with PITHD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PITHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITHD1 versus NUDC in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
