Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIR-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA11P, RNU6-340P, and LINC01943. Each is linked with PIR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIR-to-partner and partner-to-PIR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTA11P grouped by PIR-low versus PIR-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
