Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIPSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,190 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIPSL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, RPRD2, and RBMX_S88. Each is linked with PIPSL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIPSL-to-partner and partner-to-PIPSL results are reported.
