Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIPSL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIPSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 14-3-3_epsilon. Each is linked with PIPSL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIPSL-to-partner and partner-to-PIPSL results are reported.
