The most reproducible PIP5KL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GAPVD1, ICAM1, and TSPAN8. Each is linked with PIP5KL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP5KL1-to-partner and partner-to-PIP5KL1 results are reported.
