Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP5K1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 929 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIP5K1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPN, RRM1, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with PIP5K1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP5K1A-to-partner and partner-to-PIP5K1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPN grouped by PIP5K1A-low versus PIP5K1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP5K1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP5K1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
