Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIP5K1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,374 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIP5K1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, Chromosome condensation, and Regulation of RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with PIP5K1A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP5K1A-to-partner and partner-to-PIP5K1A results are reported.
