PIP4P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,489 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIP4P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC5, SSRP1, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with PIP4P1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4P1-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIP4P1 versus TTC5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP4P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP4P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
