Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PIP4K2C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PIP4K2C data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PIP4K2C Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PIP4K2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where PIP4K2C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
