Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PIP4K2C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PIP4K2C data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PIP4K2C mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PIP4K2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where PIP4K2C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
