Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP4K2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,561 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIP4K2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP415, LINC02558, and HMGB3P3. Each is linked with PIP4K2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4K2C-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4K2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP415 grouped by PIP4K2C-low versus PIP4K2C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP4K2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP4K2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
