Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP4K2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,507 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIP4K2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCL1, MYL3, and ORMDL3. Each is linked with PIP4K2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4K2B-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4K2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIP4K2B versus PLCL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP4K2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP4K2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
