Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP4K2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,368 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIP4K2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-33, PMCHL1, and MIR941-5. Each is linked with PIP4K2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4K2B-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4K2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-33 grouped by PIP4K2B-low versus PIP4K2B-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP4K2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP4K2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
