Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIP4K2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIP4K2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6 and TLE7. Each is linked with PIP4K2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4K2B-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4K2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-6 grouped by PIP4K2B-low versus PIP4K2B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
