PIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,233 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYP4X1, WFDC2, and AGR2. Each is linked with PIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP-to-partner and partner-to-PIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIP versus CYP4X1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
