PIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,717 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC5B, PDLIM5, and PIK3R3. Each is linked with PIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP-to-partner and partner-to-PIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIP versus MUC5B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
