PIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 216 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, RN7SKP226, and PLGLA. Each is linked with PIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP-to-partner and partner-to-PIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by PIP-low versus PIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
