Across TCGA patient cohorts, PINX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,082 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PINX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGPAT5, PBK, and CDCA2. Each is linked with PINX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PINX1-to-partner and partner-to-PINX1 results are reported.
