PIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4507, IGKV2OR2-1, and MIR8071-2. Each is linked with PIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4507 grouped by PIN1-low versus PIN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
