PIMREG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIMREG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,481 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIMREG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIF11_T926, KPNA2, and LIG1. Each is linked with PIMREG in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIMREG-to-partner and partner-to-PIMREG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG versus KIF11_T926 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIMREG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIMREG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
