PIMREG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIMREG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,567 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIMREG-associated genes across cancer lineages are YTHDF3-AS1, RPS10-NUDT3, and CCL5. Each is linked with PIMREG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIMREG-to-partner and partner-to-PIMREG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YTHDF3-AS1 grouped by PIMREG-low versus PIMREG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIMREG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIMREG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
