PIMREG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIMREG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIMREG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1 and KRTAP10-2. Each is linked with PIMREG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIMREG-to-partner and partner-to-PIMREG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSGN1 grouped by PIMREG-low versus PIMREG-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIMREG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIMREG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
