Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PILRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,401 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PILRB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH6_S227, ADNP, and DHX9. Each is linked with PILRB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRB-to-partner and partner-to-PILRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PILRB versus MSH6_S227 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PILRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PILRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
