Across TCGA patient cohorts, PILRB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PILRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELLS, DMRTB1, and C1orf131. Each is linked with PILRB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRB-to-partner and partner-to-PILRB results are reported.
