Across TCGA patient cohorts, PILRB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 983 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PILRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, RNA5SP413, and ZNF101P1. Each is linked with PILRB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRB-to-partner and partner-to-PILRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-13P grouped by PILRB-low versus PILRB-high in UCEC.
