Across TCGA patient cohorts, PILRB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PILRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with PILRB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRB-to-partner and partner-to-PILRB results are reported.
