Across TCGA cell cohorts, PILRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,207 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PILRB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Activation of transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase activity, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with PILRB in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRB-to-partner and partner-to-PILRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pre-mRNA catabolic process grouped by PILRB-low versus PILRB-high in BONE.
