Across TCGA cell cohorts, PILRB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PILRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOGAT1, H1-1, and ANKRD30BL. Each is linked with PILRB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRB-to-partner and partner-to-PILRB results are reported.
