PIKFYVE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIKFYVE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,645 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIKFYVE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABI2, RPL28, and RPS6. Each is linked with PIKFYVE in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIKFYVE-to-partner and partner-to-PIKFYVE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIKFYVE versus ABI2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIKFYVE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIKFYVE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
