PIKFYVE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIKFYVE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,801 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIKFYVE-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB1, FYN, and ZBTB7B. Each is linked with PIKFYVE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIKFYVE-to-partner and partner-to-PIKFYVE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIKFYVE versus LILRB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIKFYVE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIKFYVE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
