PIKFYVE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIKFYVE RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,991 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIKFYVE-associated genes across cancer lineages are INO80D, ATF2, and ABI2. Each is linked with PIKFYVE in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIKFYVE-to-partner and partner-to-PIKFYVE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIKFYVE versus INO80D in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIKFYVE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIKFYVE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
