Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3R5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,370 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIK3R5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDHD5-AS1, TNFRSF1B, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with PIK3R5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3R5-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3R5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3R5 versus HDHD5-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3R5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3R5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
