PIK3R5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3R5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3R5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, PCNT, and SGCB. Each is linked with PIK3R5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3R5-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3R5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 grouped by PIK3R5-low versus PIK3R5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3R5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3R5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
