The most reproducible PIK3R3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of hemostasis, and Negative regulation of blood coagulation. Each is linked with PIK3R3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3R3-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3R3 results are reported.
