PIK3R2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3R2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,349 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3R2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILF2, OIP5_T14, and BMP2K_S728. Each is linked with PIK3R2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3R2-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3R2 versus ILF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
