PIK3R2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3R2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4E, and ERK2. Each is linked with PIK3R2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3R2-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by PIK3R2-low versus PIK3R2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
