Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIK3R2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,138 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIK3R2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with PIK3R2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3R2-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3R2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin grouped by PIK3R2-low versus PIK3R2-high in BONE.
