PIK3CG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3CG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,388 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3CG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMS, MCM10, and NCAPG. Each is linked with PIK3CG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CG-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYMS grouped by PIK3CG-low versus PIK3CG-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3CG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3CG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
