PIK3CD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3CD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,873 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3CD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAL, LCP1, and LCP2. Each is linked with PIK3CD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CD-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3CD versus ITGAL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3CD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3CD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
