PIK3CD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3CD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3CD-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAP1, MON1A, and PBK. Each is linked with PIK3CD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CD-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAP1 grouped by PIK3CD-low versus PIK3CD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3CD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3CD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
