Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIK3CD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,106 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3CD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Natural killer cell chemotaxis, Mast cell chemotaxis, and Mast cell migration. Each is linked with PIK3CD in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CD-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CD results are reported.
