PIK3CA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3CA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,004 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3CA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK2, SDF2, and TGFB1I1. Each is linked with PIK3CA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CA-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3CA versus PAK2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3CA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3CA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
