Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIK3CA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,627 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3CA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macroautophagy, Cellular response to hydrostatic pressure, and Insulin-like growth factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PIK3CA in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CA-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CA results are reported.
