Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIK3CA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,418 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3CA-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4E3, H4C14, and LMF2. Each is linked with PIK3CA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CA-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CA results are reported.
