Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PIK3C2G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PIK3C2G data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher PIK3C2G Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PIK3C2G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

THCA, LUSC, and ESCA are the cancer types where PIK3C2G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
