PIK3AP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3AP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,470 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC15A3, FASLG, and GBP5. Each is linked with PIK3AP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3AP1-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3AP1 versus SLC15A3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
