Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIH1D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIH1D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, SCGB1D1, and A3GALT2. Each is linked with PIH1D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIH1D1-to-partner and partner-to-PIH1D1 results are reported.
